As part of the strategic evolution from DataSphere to Simov Labs, this case showcases a Tableau Prep-driven optimization project that transformed slow, manual data loading and transformation processes into fast, automated flows for a client managing media buying and click streaming KPIs—delivering real-time insights, higher data quality, and greater confidence in decision-making.

The client, operating in media buying and click streaming analytics, dealt with dispersed data sources (Snowflake for Fullstory click data, Google BigQuery for ads/campaigns, Excel for goal indicators) and lengthy manual processing. This caused delays in loading and transforming critical KPIs, inconsistent data quality, reduced productivity, and limited real-time access for business users and visualizations.

- 1Designed and executed a data load and extract management optimization using Tableau Prep Builder 2023.3 and Tableau Cloud.
